Programme details

		6 months residential programme for all aspiring public leaders and
		political entrepreneurs (max. students/batch – 45)
		Programme split into two parts:
		i. Kautilya Arthashastra - study of the entire 6000 sutras (3months)
		ii. Modern day politics and management techniques (3months)
		Minimum eligibility :
		i. Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks
		ii. Age group between 25-30 years
		iii. Both male and femal candidate can apply
		Selection through written test, personal interview and discussions
		All expenses incidental to the programme will be borne by CIPL
		(It will be free for the students)

Course Contents

• Study of the entire Kautilya (Chanakya) Arthashastra (6000 sutras) and its modern day application in ‘governance’
  
  
• Study of Chanakya Neeti and its application
  
  
• Introduction to Indian Philosophy 
  
  
• Study of Indian History, Ethos & Culture
  
  
• Daily practise of Yoga
  
  
• 6 permanent faculty & 25 Visiting faculty
  
  
• Modules on Constitutional Law, Human Rights & Women’s laws
  
  
• Interactive sessions with 15 leaders from the political, spiritual, administrative and business world
  
  
• Modules on Indian democratic system, parliament & foreign policies
  
  
• Study tour to the four corners of India (61 places incl. Delhi, Assam, Gujarat & Kanyakumari) to understand its culture, social setup and the governance system in different states
  
  
• Modules on Management by leading visiting faculty
  
  
• Over 150 short &  medium term projects including the live project of setting up an MP’s office
